Promoting Education
We run the league program in partnership with schools where we encourage schools to enter their teams in our league, including girls teams for the U14 Girls League to increase inclusivity of girls in football. This has seen the daily school attendance increase significantly.
Developing Skills
We use the league to impart life and leadership skills to the youth. We train and let them take on leadership roles in the areas of referring, coaching and first aid provision in our league. We also intergrate social lessons on HIV/AIDs and peacebuilding in the football training sessions.
